Summary: Overall the property was spacious and bigger than we expected. It would have been better to have another bathroom considering there are six useable bedrooms, but we knew going in that there were only two. Issues we identified as being less than ideal included the following: Toilet in one bathroom was leaking; Both bathrooms could use an upgrade to better shower heads; Large empty pool in the backyard was a safety hazard; couldn’t let the 3 year old child or our small dogs in the back for fear of them falling in; Washer and dryer were coin operated (!); maybe this is accepted in California due to the water situation, but we haven’t seen this before.
