This townhome offers: spacious living room w/65in Smart TV. Living is open to the fully stocked kitchen w/: Keurig, toaster, blender, bakeware, wine & beer glasses, children’s dishes, grill set for the charcoal grill out back & more. Upstairs are the bedrooms w/King and Queen Nova foam mattresses & two 40” Smart TVs. Pillows are hotel quality! Coffee, Tower fans, towels, hand steamer, hair dryers, & more provided. Bassinet with sheets & two baby gates for the stairs are available upon request!
This unit is located within a townhome complex. The majority of the units as managed by your host. The unit is minutes from the interstate as well as Target and other major retailers in Prattville. It is also 10 minutes away from Downtown Historic Prattville!
You have access to the entire townhome and back patio. There are two parking spaces dedicated to the unit. The addresses are on the parking spaces.
The living area is huge! The living area, kitchen and dining are located on the main floor. The main bed and and additional guest bedrooms are located upstairs.

Summary: Stayed here to go to the SBC Baseball Conference Championship in Montgomery. Property was in a good location. We had 4 occupants, but we came in 3 vehicles. This unit is part of a bunch of connected townhomes and each comes with only 2 parking spots. As such, we had to park 1 vehicle on the side street, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. The carpet has stains and could should probably be replaced soon. We had an issue with the fridge not working, but the host replaced it within a few hours of us notifying her which was appreciated. This seemed to us to be a newly acquired property. There are typically some staples that simply weren’t provided - i.e. spices, foil, kitchen towels, etc. Not that big of a deal as we went and purchased what we needed. I’m sure as things settle in, this property will improve. As such I still give it 5 stars.
