In Nacka, Stockholm's inner archway, 15 minutes by car from Slussen / Stockholm, this charming house dates back to 1940. It has been carefully renovated and extended in stages to a total of approximately 150 sqm on one level.
The house is bright and pleasantly decorated. It consists of two large double bedrooms (+ sofa bed in the main), and a smaller one with a single bed. The bright living room has a TV and a large window that opens onto the patio and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle and microwave, dining area for six people, and direct access to the terrace with additional dining area. Besides a large bathroom with toilet, shower, tub and sauna, a small toilet with toilet, sink, washing machine and dryer.
On the back of the house is a large garden with flowers, trees and bushes.
A wonderful terrace of about 120 sqm on different floors, in the south with lovely evening sun is directly connected to the house. Many seating areas perfect for cozy barbecues. At the entrance to the house is a place for two to three cars. Three bikes for trips in the nearby surroundings, and two stand-up paddle boards to borrow the lovely water exercise in the sea that takes seven minutes to walk to. There is also a small sandy beach, very suitable for families with children.
The nearest bus stop is one to three minutes. From there the bus that reaches Stockholm / lock in about 25 minutes.
