Summary: The condo is ideally situated on inter coastal and walking distance to beach. For that reason alone the rental felt like such a great value for ! Owners were awesome--could not have been nicer or more helpful. The grounds are very well cared for. Condo resembles listing except that there is now a black metal fence around pool obscuring view of water from condo. If you really enjoy cooking and want to eat in a lot you may not like kitchen which is super tiny and has no oven.
