Welcome to Oneone Street in Kona Palisades. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood at the perfect elevation for comfortable days and evenings. The airport, town, Costco, beaches are 15 minutes away and it’s the perfect spot to easily explore the rest of the island without dealing with town traffic. The home has a large outdoor area with a concrete slab and wood deck with a wood privacy fence to BBQ and enjoy a lunch or dinner with a nice view of the ocean. The landscaping is new and growing (native plants) and designed with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere in mind. The portion of lower level (backyard) is still undergoing landscaping when guests are not present so please be patient with that.
