Welcome to North Ridge Condos at Wintergreen Resort! As the newest build on the mountain our 1 bedroom 2 bath condo is perfect for a Romantic Escape, a Family Getaway or just to relax with friends.
The space
Relax in this New Cozy 1 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Mountain Retreat. The space has been designed with all new stylish furnishings. Keyless entry makes it easy to enter the unit with a unique code, while not having to worry about misplacing a key. Need to store your gear? The private ski locker is conveniently located directly across from the unit. A key is provided in the unit.
Parking is available directly outside the building. Unfortunately the unit is not considered Handicap Accessible, a set of steps descend to the unit.
A well appointed kitchen includes everything to prepare a home cooked meal. K Cups, Ground Coffee, Condiments and Spices are available to jump start your visit. Tired from a long day, enjoy the wood burning fireplace (firewood provided) while streaming your favorite programs on the HD Smart TV. Cable and internet are also included. A Queen-Sized pull out sofa or Twin-Sized pull out chair can accommodate additional guests.
The bedroom features a King size memory foam mattress and a Smart TV as well. An On-Suite bathroom provides privacy while guests are able to use the second bathroom. We provide toiletries, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, hand soaps blow-dryers, linens and towels so our Guests can Enjoy a Stress-Free experience. The outdoor secluded covered deck is comfortably furnished, an electric grill is available as well as fire wood storage (in winter months). The condo is also equipped with a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. Laundry supplies are conveniently located in the pantry.
**Unfortunately we can not accept pets. Guests violating these rules will be promptly asked to leave the premises.
**We have installed an exterior camera for security purposes, and to monitor that our rental policies are upheld.
**There is a strict No Smoking or Vaping Policy inside or outside our condo. Violations to this policy could result in additional cleaning fees.
Our Cleaning Professionals ensure the unit will be sanitized to Covid-19 guidelines. We understand mishaps occur, please feel free to reach out to us to make your time enjoyable and memorable.
Other things to note
This condo is complete rebuild which resulted from a fireplace fire.
In the winter we usually stock the firewood in the rack on the porch. Please insure the flue is in the OPEN position. Do use the fireplace screens and doors and Never leave a fire unattended!
Upon Departure an Ash can is located on the deck. Please dispose of collected ashes in the large can in the parking area adjacent to the dumpster. "DO NOT" Place hot coals in the ash can and place on the wood deck.
