Summary: The house was easy to find in a very quiet neighborhood. The rooms worked well, although the upstairs and downstairs have a pretty big temperature difference. We were glad to have the coffee maker (Keurig and drip, plus a separate espresso machine) with a nice set of coffee grounds provided and plenty of cups and plates to go around. It's very close to the beach and you can go every day if you want. We had a lot of jellyfish in the bay during our visit, but I'm not sure how common that is: keep an eye on the water if you go in or have kids. Overall, a great experience that my 5 year old is already asking to have again next year
