The Space:
The home includes 3 bedrooms upstairs including 1-King Bed in Master Bedroom, 1-Queen Bed in a Bedroom, 2-Twin Beds in one bedroom. Downstairs there is a set of bunk beds in the common area which includes 1- Full Bed on the bottom bunk and 1-Twin bed as the top bunk. Home can sleep a total of 9 people in beds. Additional sleeping areas include 1-crib in master bedroom, and 2-couches (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs). If booking for a max of 10 guests, please plan accordingly.
Hot tub & use of boat ramp is included for FREE in this rental.
*Please note, fire pit is unusable at this time*
*Please ensure that you communicate with the Property Manager about your desire to use the dock or hot tub. The dock is only available to be tied up on the side of the dock as the covered space is occupied with a boat at all times. Fire pit is not available for use at this time.
