Experience the luxury of a classy historic home. This is a large (850 Sq Ft), completely private, One bedroom apartment with beautiful hardwood floors, farmhouse sink, claw foot tub (and bubble bath) and 10 foot ceilings.
Centrally located between wine country (Napa/Sonoma) and San Francisco. Walking distance to the ferry which gets you to SF in less than an hour!

1. Air conditioner is a window unit . WE DO NOT HAVE CENTRAL AIR!
Most Vallejo Summer days are mild and breezy. We have about 7-10 really hot days. On these days it is best to leave the windows open over night and then close them in the morning. If you run the AC please close all the windows (including the bathroom window). Also please remember to turn off AC when you leave the apartment (for the day or when your trip is over).
2. WE HAVE A TODDLER. We live on the property and she often plays out front. You will hear frequent laughter, squeals, and rambunctious playing. If you require a total zen space, this probably isn't the rental for you :-)
But, she loves to say hi if you are a guest!
3. THE BACKYARD SPACE IS PRIVATE AND NOT FOR GUEST USE.
4. THERE IS A NO SMOKING AND NO PET POLICY due to severe allergies of host. If you are a smoker or can't travel without your pet, please look for another space that is more accommodating to your needs. Thank you.
5. ROKU ENABLED TELEVISION ONLY. There are several free apps downloaded for tv watching but you will need your own accounts to stream movies for Netflix, Hulu, etc...
