Welcome to our charming single story cottage home within steps from the beautifully maintained Haile Plantation nature trails. Spacious split floor plan home with a private primary suite and two cozy guest rooms. Escape the city noise in this quiet Haile neighborhood just a few miles from great eating and shopping and seven miles to the University of Florida campus. We hope you are able to relax and build memories with your whole family in our wooded-lot ranch style home!

Open floor plan spacious home with double French doors that open to the oversized deck and let in natural light. The fully-stocked kitchen overlooks the bar seating area, dining space, and living room. Guests have access to full-sized appliances in the kitchen including, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and oven with stove-top burners. Additionally, the kitchen is stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, mini chopper, pots and pans, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, and dinnerware. Located behind the kitchen is a separate work, desk-top space and full laundry room. The primary ensuite has a walk-in shower with a small step down; the secondary bathroom has a bathtub great for families. Every room includes a mounted Roku smart tv with casting capabilities.

Primary Suite: The new hybrid mattress king size bed has an adjustable base that has the ability to raise and lower the head and feet. Bedroom includes an ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower and an oversized walk-in closet.
Guest Room 1: Queen sized bed with oversized closet and new memory foam mattress.
Guest Room 2: Bunk bed with double size bed on both the bottom and the top bunk. The top bunk has a thinner mattress best suited for younger guests.
Guests have access to the entire private home. The parking spots in the driveway immediately in front of the home can fit 2 cars. Additional free street parking is located in the cul-de-sac in front of the home.
We have one security camera on the front door and one on the back doors.
Pets:
Pet must be pre-approved prior to stay. Guest is responsible for any damages incurred from pets during the stay. Pet fee is $20 per night (additional fees may apply for more than one pet).
