Gorgeous & cozy two story, dog & kid friendly rental. Set in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood on the North side of Greenville, South Carolina. It's 12 minutes from downtown Greenville, 3 miles from Paris Mountain State Park, and less than 10 minutes to Furman and Bob Jones Universities. With an updated kitchen, ample sleeping & hangout space, large tv, games, a huge backyard with a stream and fire pit, elevated porch, basketball goal, & no pet fees, this listing is one of a kind.
The neighborhood:
Quiet, beautiful neighborhood circle with friendly neighbors. Set a few minutes outside downtown so you’re away from the hustle & bustle but still close enough to get into town to enjoy all Greenville has to offer! Paris Mountain State Park is 3 miles away.
The space:
The Master Bedroom has a king bed, the additional guests room have a queen in one, and two sets of bunkbeds w/ a single trundle in the other. 2 1/2 baths. Full kitchen with full sized appliances & everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Private keyless entry through front door of home & 100% access to the entire main 2-story home. Private driveway parking with space to park 2-3 cars. Elevated back porch with 4-burner gas grill and patio furniture. Large in ground fire pit with free firewood & swing set/slide in backyard! No access to garage at this time.
Access to home:
You will have access to the entire main home - entering in through the front door of the home. Two stories of unshared space! There is an unfinished basement apartment that we are renovating that you do not have access to.
There is no indoor connection between the basement apartment and your rental space. You will have access to the majority of the backyard (minus the fenced in area) and the entire front yard.
Interaction with host:
We love staying in VRBOs when we travel & want to make your stay 5 stars. Your host lives in town and is available when needed & we want to offer you the best experience possible. There are two separate driveways - the one on the left side of the house is for the host and the one on the right side of the house is for our guests. You have a completely private entrance at front of house. We love dogs & your pets stay for free with us!
Getting around:
You have an entire long driveway for parking that can hold 4-5+ cars or an RV/Trailer. Street parking is also available if needed.
It’s an easy drive into downtown by car.
Uber/Lyft is available (average $12-30 to most Greenville spots- depending on demand & distance)
