House has been recently renovated. The house is super light, very innovative, well appointed and even has a tree in the bedroom! Walk out the huge glass double doors onto a deck with table, chairs and a gas grill. Go out onto the dock and jump in the pond!
Kitchen has everything you'll need, four seater bar to dine at. Large comfy couch with a 55" screen smart tv, games and books. Up four stairs is the full queen bathroom, double vanity, shower, toilet, hair dryer, hair straightener, shampoo, conditioner and body soap.
Walk up the main staircase to the queen bedroom with chest of drawers and smart tv. The king bedroom is jaw dropping! Tree in the middle, hand made bed frame, ( the bed sits ' high' it was made for this very large bedroom) hand made night stands, another living area with couch, coffee table, chairs, mini fridge, coffee maker, 55" smart tv and a gas fireplace. The French doors open up to a screened in balcony with seating overlooking the pond. The bathroom has a slate shower with a sauna, bidet, toilet double vanity, hair dryer, straightener, body soap, shampoo and conditioner. Walk in closet with iron and ironing board. Also have a stacked washer and dryer.
