Galati's Marina is on the way out as well, so you can stock up on supplies and fuel or eat at the Ocean Star sushi restaurant. There are numerous other waterfront restaurants and destinations for entertainment that you can visit by boat, be sure to ask for recommendations if that is something you're interested in.
