Freshly painted and featuring an updated kitchen, the house boasts a spacious semi-enclosed deck with a lounge, an outdoor dining area equipped with a BBQ, and a flat-screen TV. This area opens up to a lawned garden complete with an outdoor fire pit, creating the perfect setting for evenings under the stars. Additionally, there’s a convenient outdoor shower for those returning from the beach.
This contemporary single-storey holiday home offers three bedrooms (sleeping 6 people). The living room is climate-controlled with a split-system air conditioner, ensuring comfort in all seasons. There is an open-plan kitchen/dining area, fully equipped with modern amenities, including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. A spacious grassed area is fully fenced, with a 1.5m galvanized fence in the back garden and a 600mm galvanized fence in the front garden.
