3 Bedroom Cabin with Security, Fireplace and Guest Services
Greetings! Our family cabin has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, about 1400 sq. ft. and has been recently remodeled in many areas. It' s a two story home, with a few flights of stairs needed to take to access the house. There is ample driveway parking. There is a bear box on the property. The cabin has a relatively large backyard with a semi-covered deck with seating and a picnic table. The backyard is not fully enclosed as the driveway is not fenced. We do have close neighbors that live behind the house and to the right of the house and they have some dogs you might hear. The location is very ideal for walking around to nearby restaurants, Whole Foods, Boba Tea, Alpine Bakery, Lake Tahoe and much more! Enjoy the beauty of South Lake Tahoe! There is so much to do year round.
Other things to note:
We can only rent out 30 days at a time (that’s been prearranged.) No consecutive months rental period are allowed. The house is used at various times throughout the year. Also, you must be 25 years or older to rent the cabin, no exceptions. Thanks.
