This three bedroom, three bath home has unique charm with 2 living spaces, a reading nook, a two-sided fireplace, a dining room and breakfast nook. Updated appliances in the kitchen and a farmhouse feel make Mugho 6 a lovely Sunriver retreat. Located in Northern Sunriver down Cottonwood, the North Store and gas station is nearby with easy access to Highway 97 and a quick jaunt to the Village at Sunriver.
Entry:
Walk into Mugho 6 and you'll be greeted with the choice of the living side of the home or the bedroom side.
The Living Side:
To the right is the first living room with faux fireplace, couch, two chairs and a desk. It's a wonderful space for relaxing with a beverage and having conversation away from the rest of the house.
Dining Room:
Behind the living room is the Dining Room with a natural and overhead lighting. Everyone can enjoy the meal together with seating for 6.
Kitchen:
The Kitchen is easily accessed through a doorway just off the Dining Room. With updated appliances including a double oven and 5 burner gas stove, the chef in your group will feel right at home. Just off the Kitchen is a Breakfast Nook for eating or playing games with seating for 4 and a door that leads out to the deck. In the late Spring and Summer, the deck has furniture for dining and enjoying the Sunriver outdoors plus a grill year round.
Family Room and Reading Nook:
Off the Kitchen is a door that leads to your choice of a cozy Reading Nook with two chairs and a coffee table plus a wide array of books to choose from or the second living are with couch, chair, and Smart TV to take in your favorite show or movie. Both are treated to a view of the two-sided gas fireplace for warmth and ambiance. The family room connects to the Breakfast Nook.
The Bedroom Side:
Down the hall left of the Entry, the first door will take you into the laundry Room with access to the Garage. The new Washer and Dryer are ready for all those towels and suits from trips to SHARC.
Bedroom 1:
Just past the laundry is the first Primary bedroom with a Queen bed and En Suite. Decorated in the Central Oregon theme of fishing, it's a warm room with mirrored closet, The En Suite has a shower tub combo.
Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom has a set of twin Bunk Beds and a couch plus Smart TV. It makes a wonderful hang out or the younger visitors in your group.
Bedroom 3:
The third bedroom is the second Primary with King Sleigh bed, two closets, deck access and a large En Suite. The En Suite has a double vanity, separate garden tub and shower and deck access as well.
Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
Starting February 2024, this home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.
Pet Policy:
This home does not allow pets under any circumstances. Evidence of pets in the home can and will result in extra charges and/or eviction during your stay without refund.
