Charming Remodeled 1920's family-friendly cottage in Monte Vista Historic District.
This gorgeously renovated 1-story home features central heat and air conditioning, new kitchen appliances, quartz counters, a new washer/dryer, and more. The updated bathroom boasts new fixtures, tile, and lighting. The large backyard is perfect for relaxing under the shade of the pecan tree.
The home is conveniently located near the city center, parks, art & culture, and restaurants and dining. You'll love how central the home is to Hill Country & Downtown San Antonio. Easy access to IH-10. SA Int Airport is 7 miles away, Riverwalk is 5 miles away, and Lackland is just over 10 miles away.
Within 5-15 minutes of The Pearl, Northstar Mall, La Cantera Shopping, Fiesta Texas, Riverwalk, The Rim, The Quarry, Downtown, Leon Springs, and Boerne. My place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
Centrally located off 281. Airport 5 miles, Fiesta Texas 13 miles, Riverwalk 4 miles, SA Zoo 3 miles, SA Convention Center/Tower of Americas 5 miles, Northstar Mall 7 miles, La Cantera Shops 12 miles.
Both bedrooms have blackout blinds (cordless). Each bed has a new mattress with comfortable bedding. The new sofa in the living room pulls out for a full-size bed. Extra sheets, pillows, and blankets are in the closet. There is also a twin inflatable mattress, a new playpen (with changing and sleeping bassinet insert), a crib sheet in the closet, and a twin foldable camper bed with sheets that is compact and can fit in any of the rooms if a child needs to sleep in the parents' room.
I have safety locks in front and out of a child's reach. The new alarm is monitored, and guests will be given their own unique code to serve as the door and alarm code.
Smart TV with Wifi throughout the home.
The kitchen has plates, dishes, silverware, measuring cups, pots, pans, mixing bowls, a can opener, knives, dish towels, a Keurig with coffee, and sometimes tea and hot chocolate. I also have an adjustable highchair for young children.
The bathroom has plenty of fresh bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, soap, extra toilet paper, an iron, and a small ironing board.
There are 10 beach towels you're welcome to use if going to a water park. Please return them.
I also always leave a treat for my guests to enjoy!
Children (0-16) are welcome at no additional charge. I have coloring books, crayons, and a few toys for them to enjoy.
I just ask that guests please try and respect the home and nice furnishings. I have invested a lot of time making sure the home is welcoming, nicely furnished, and always very clean for my guests. Please help me keep it that way for your next visit and other guests.
