Welcome to Charlotte's Webb, a renovated mill home located on a narrow street in the Dunean Mills area of Greenville, SC
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is complete with a small fenced in yard, pet friendly with a one time fee, and available for rent for 30 or more days, making it perfect for those moving to the area, or waiting for a home to close.
Our home is only 10 minutes from Downtown and incredibly close to I-85 and I-185.
Greenville's PRISMA Hospital system is also 1 mile away!
This home is available for monthly rent and requires the following after booking:
$750 security deposit
$250 pet fee for one pet, plus $100 per additional pet
Parking is permitted on the street in front of the home, or on a back side street, where there is a small grassy pull in area.
The home has 2 large enclosed porches, one on the front, and the other on the back.
The front porch has an A/C unit and a portable heater, transforming it into an office and sitting area. A corner desk at one end provides the perfect space to work from home, while the large armchairs in front of the fireplace make for a cozy place to enjoy a glass of wine and conversation.
The back porch has a ceiling fan and outdoor seating area, complete with hooks for hanging coats and such. It also contains our laundry area, with a washer and dryer provided for your use.
The interior of the home is spacious, with beautiful hardwood floors and high ceilings.
Entering from the front porch, guests will emerge into our living room, featuring a large sectional sofa, coffee table, and TV.
Off of the living room is a large eat-in kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal.
A small hallway leads to a hall bath and 2 bedrooms. The hall bath has a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination.
The room to the right is our twin room, featuring two twin beds, a closet with hangers, and cube storage system for toys or clothes.
The bedroom to the left is the master bedroom, featuring a large walk in closet with hangers provided, a dresser, TV, nightstands, and King bed.
The en suite bathroom has a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination.
The fenced in yard is best accessed through the front door, as the back door leads straight to the grassy car port area.

We tend to allow our guests to keep to themselves, but are always a message away if needed!
Our home is located in a series of narrow streets of old mill houses. The area is transitional, but the neighbors have always been friendly and enjoy the area.
A car is recommended for living in Greenville, as our public transportation is really not up to snuff.
Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (i.e not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container).
Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine.
