This vacation property has been fully remodeled and ready for you to enjoy. It is in a quiet S. Chandler AZ gated community which features heated pool and spa. There is an electric gill on one of the two patios as well as community gas grills near the pool area. Pool and grills are steps from condo. Many of the units are in this small community are vacation retreats allowing for interaction with other visitors to the sunny AZ. It is close to many restaurants, activities and shopping that Chandler has to offer as well as the surrounding Scottsdale, Gilbert, Tempe, Mesa and Phoenix have to offer. If you like south of the border food, there is an authentic restaurant with bar less then a block away and less than two blocks you will find pizza/pasta.
