Summary: Overall this hotel was nice. However, I was really disappointed and unpleasent about their male manager. He didn’t respect his quests at all. There were two episodes. First I bought three peices of durian to taste new fruit. Before entering the room, I asked staff who worked in front desk whether we have durian in the room. They said no, so I answered we eat durian outside. We ate them outside and then, we were entering the hotel and going to the elevator, the manager said “check thier bag”. Can you believe this? Checking our bag? If we want to eat durian in the room, why I asked about it. And he do not have the right to check our bag. He didn’t show any respect of his quest and even other persons. He was so rude and didn’t apology for this issue. And second, that night, I heard some songs in bedroom. Luckly I met the manager who tried to check our bag in the hallway. I reported the noise issue. He said the sound come from outside hotel so he can handle this issue. I asked when will it( kind of festival) finish but he just said ‘don’t konw’. But I couldn’t belive his words because I can’t hear the sound in the hallway. So I entered my room again and open the balcony. The sound obiously came from down stair. I called front desk again but they didn’t answer so I called five times. I went to front desk in person. The manager didn’t care my matter. I bring another staff to check my room. He said sorry. But the male manager didn’t apology. I’ve few issues on male staff. Horrible
