The house is very sunny and has amazing views to the south and the mountains (you can see one of the main ski runs coming down all the way to Briancon). High ceilings and lots of windows give the house lots of light. It's been recently renovated so the kitchen, appliances, beds, mattresses, linen are all brand new. The appliances are Miele, Bosh and Smeg. It has a big terrace and an established garden with many trees.
The house is located on a busy street but with the double glazing, you cannot hear anything inside. You can hear a bit of traffic in the garden.
The garage is conveniently located next to the ski storage area. There is also parking on the street in front of the house.
There are many large radiators that keep the house very warm and there is a insert in the living room that burns recycled wood chips and the flame gives a warm atmosphere to the room.
You are only 5 minutes drive away from the Prorel ski lifts and we provide free undercover parking for 2 cars under the Prorel lifts.
There are 3 toilets (1 on each level) and 1 bathroom which has 1 large bath and a shower.
