The main floor has a modern kitchen (fully equipped) and open to the living dining room and TV room. Direct access to the terrace (about 100 m2) with barbecue, outdoor lounge, private non-heated saline chlorination swimming pool and panoramic views to the sea and La Gomera.
The ground floor has a large bedroom with double bed, sofa, wardrobes, TV and a bathroom with shower. From the same bedroom, there is direct access to the private garage, where you will find the washing machine, dryer and all the necessary cleaning equipment.
The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 double ensuite with bathtub and several wardrobes. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds with fitted wardrobes and a shower room to share.
