Location, location, location!
Our Chalet is overlooking the fishing pond, right next door to a kids playground, walking distance to the new pool, and close access to the tennis courts, pickleball courts, and basketball courts.
We are walking distance to both the private beach, and the public beach. In addition, our Chalet is located in a very quiet area.
The Chalet is very clean, with new appliances, new furniture. There are two bedrooms and a 1/2 bath upstairs. Bedroom one has bunk beds and a double bed. Bedroom two also has bunk beds and a queen size bed. There are air conditioners in each of the bedrooms as well as a unit downstairs. Our WiFi signal is strong, and we do have Comcast cable tv.
The city of St. Joseph , Benton Harbor, New Buffalo, and Stevensville are just a short drive and have all of the major shopping attractions within just a few minutes. There are also several beautiful golf courses locally. We are also less than two miles from Grand Mere State Park, with lots of hiking trails, and access to a public beach.
