3 Bedroom House with Pool, Ocean View and Bedding
Located in the east section of the Chalet on the Lake Cooperative on Lake Michigan. Unit 76 is a comfortable 3 bedroom cottage with a maximum capacity of six adults. There are two bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom has a king bed and the other second floor bedroom has a queen bed with a set of bunk beds. The third bedroom is on the first floor off the kitchen and has a queen bed. The recently added dormer to the first floor opens up the whole first floor side of the chalet A-frame providing enough space for the first floor bedroom and a larger living and dining area. The chalet kitchen was recently remodeled as well as the three season front porch overlooking the largest playground on our property. In addition to the three season room there is the attached deck with chairs, a couch and umbrella creating a comfortable setting to relax and converse. Amenities provided with unit 76 are free WiFi, air conditioning in each bedroom and Smart TV’s in each bedroom with streaming capabilities.
Because unit 76 is located almost in the middle of the Chalet on the Lake property it is a short walk to the pickleball and basketball courts; the east pool has a 70x30 adult pool and a 30x15 wading pool; ice machine and fishing pond. A slightly longer walk takes you to the sand volleyball court, horseshoe pits, fire pit, the west pool and the COL private beach or the Lincoln Township public beach.
