Enjoy evenings on one section of the deck as you take in the sunset and views of the golf course and from the other side, enjoy the sunrise with the perfect cup of coffee and views of the community pond. Located in the coveted Waterfront Greens Community, this home comes with a variety of included perks and amenities. Play a round on the par-3 golf course professionally designed by Ault & Clarke or play some tennis, mini-golf, stroll around the various paths and quiet roads throughout the community or spend some time swimming, kayaking, or paddle boarding at the community lake access. The catch-and-release fishing pond is located just a short stroll from the home, and you can even watch over the kiddos from the back screened porch as they play and run around in the huge yard.
