3 Bedroom Ski Chalet with Oceanfront, Sports and Wellness Facilities
The cottage is located in the magnificent municipality of Saint-Côme on a private 20,000-foot lot. It is five minutes from all the services and from the off-road trails. We can accommodate up to eight people.
The cottage offers three bedrooms; one bedroom with a Queen bed, another with a King bed and the last one has two Double beds and a Single bed.
In addition, we have 2 bathrooms one with a shower and the other one with a Tub / Shower combo. In the large living room, you are greeted by an imposing concrete beam running along the wall to the white pine cathedral ceiling in which a gas fireplace is integrated.
A relaxation area with beanbags faces the fireplace and a sofa that can accommodate up to 8 people envelops the room. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, a large modern spa surrounded by privacy panels is available.
The entire cottage is on a 1760 sq. ft. concrete heated floor. The open space allows you to cook, chat and have fun in good company. For remote work, the cottage provide a high-speed internet with a small office area.
Outside, a children's playhouse, a horseshoes game and above-ground swimming pool are available for the whole family. For the evening, a beautiful fireplace awaits you to relax with your loved ones. It is an environment that is smoke free.
