Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The property is spacious internally and has a big garden. The kitchen is well equipped, lounge / diner large and has a lovely balcony. Very clean and well presented. Host is highly responsive and helpful. Lots of facilities available like bbq, outside table under the shade of a tree, lots of fans, cleaning equipment and a basket of sweet treats left for our breakfasts. We are in general very happy with this accommodation and would come again.

Negative: The aircon is downstairs, bedrooms are upstairs. In the middle of summer this is a problem. We managed with good use of fans to control airflow, and got the temperature to manageable level by nightfall. Neighbours have dogs, and they are chatty. They are distant enough, and after a few nights we got used to it, but it's something to be aware of. Nowhere is perfect and this is stuff you can think about in advance and possibly manage to get the other benefits.

Summary: Pleasant and restful environment for us to have a good relaxing stay in summer.
