It’s a 5 minute drive to Main Beach, Georgica or Wiborg beach. Walk to Jitney and train. Located in a quiet, sunny neighborhood, this home affords numerous amenities and is perfect for families. Open living room, kitchen and dining room area with TV, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot and tea kettle. Dining table with seating for 8. Master bedroom with walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with shower. Two other bedrooms share a full bathroom with tub/shower. Downstairs, you will find a large finished entertainment room with TV, darts, pool table, pool table, Peloton, and plenty of room to play, as well as an extra fridge and washer/dryer. Garbage pickup available 1x/week. The entire yard is fenced in and landscaped for privacy. Backyard features a brick patio with outdoor furniture for dining and lounging, gas grill and outdoor shower and basketball hoop. Bikes are available for use as well. Good dogs welcome!
