Center of Emerald Isle, private beach parking lot! The beach access is just over a block from Bogue Inlet Pier where there are public restrooms, shopping, a restaurant and great fishing! Very short walk or drive to the private beachfront parking in gated lot with showers onsite at the access. The access fob used for the gated lot is provided with the home. Very short walk to “downtown Emerald Isle” where there are shops, restaurants and nightlife. 3 minute walk to Cedar Street pier on the sound. Linens provided, including bath & beach towels, washcloths and kitchen towels. Charcoal grill and picnic table onsite. Large outdoor shower beside the home. Large driveway for boats and multiple vehicles. Quiet, dead end street, open floor plan, king in master and queens in 2nd & 3rd bedrooms. Pullout sofa in living room. 500 mbps Internet - Spectrum Ultra package! Dish and hand soaps are provided. First couple of trash bags are provided.

Summary: We loved this property and our stay. Just as described, clean and neat. Walking distance to the beach and some of the best little restaurants in Emeral Isle. GREAT COMMUNICATION! I contacted the property manager at 6am after having to leave another rental due to lack of AC, and she not only answerd my text right away, but also made arrangements for us to check-in early (within hours) that same day She's an angel from heaven, Thanks to her, we're able to finish enjoying our vacation. I would not want to stay anywhere else in the future!
