Relax in the serenity of Lake Tichigan in this remodeled get-a-way with beautiful lake views and sunsets. The home is situated directly on Lake Tichigan. Enjoy evenings at a bonfire, relax in the year round hot-tub, kayak on the lake, fish off the pier or rent a pontoon through us and enjoy a day of boating on the lake!
Close to downtown Waterford, 20 minutes to Lake Geneva, 15 minutes to Milwaukee and 18 minutes to Alpine Valley for summer concerts or winter skiing and tubing
Featuring a full kitchen with all the basic cooking essentials, along with coffee for your mornings and 2 living areas with TVs and WiFi. The main level has a master bedroom with a king bed and attached bath as well as a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a main full bath. The lower level has a living area, bedroom with to twin beds and a full bath.
Outside boasts an upper deck and lower patio with seating for 6, a gas grill (propane provided) and a hot tub as well as a fire pit (wood provided) and kayaks free for your use. We also offer pontoon rental directly through us.
Make yourself at home. The entire house is yours to use while you are here.

We require our guests to be ID verified either thru AirBnb or by us.
Check in time is 3pm/Check out time is 10am.
Early check in/late checkout: We are happy to accommodate an early check in or late check out whenever possible. There is an early check-in fee of $75 and a late check-out fee of $75. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out or on the same day as your arrival or departure, so we can only approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please let us know so we can initiate an advance payment.
Check-out: Please do a thorough check for anything you might have forgotten; don't forget to look under beds, couches, etc. Please check-out on time unless otherwise approved and late check-out fee is paid for.
Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet time outside after 9pm.
