Cedar Grove North is a newly renovated cottage in downtown Boyne City. The space is very dear to our hearts as it previously belonged to my grandparents, the planters of the cedar grove that surrounds this cozy gem. With a rustic-chic feel and excellent location, CGN offers a unique Up North experience that puts you right in the heart of this quaint town and just minutes from Boyne Mountain.
This freshly renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage is located just three blocks away from Lake Charlevoix, downtown Boyne City, the Boyne River and only minutes away from Boyne Mountain! We did our best to highlight original features of this home built in 1901, such as the hardwood floors in the downstairs bedroom and the lath in the bunk room. This cozy cottage provides you and your guests with a private backyard, fire pit, indoor & outdoor dining spaces, and up to 4 parking spaces.
The living room is the perfect space for a movie, old fashioned game night or cocktail hour on our vintage leather sectional! The kitchen is stocked with spices, every cooking item you'll need for the perfect meal and reusable linen napkins. Your stay includes a bag of freshly roasted coffee from our favorite local shop, Lake Charlevoix Coffee Company. Sleep soundly in calming bedrooms under fresh organic cotton duvets/Portuguese linen sheets offered in the king and queen bedrooms. Our bunk room is the perfect haven for the kids! For our winter sport enthusiasts, we offer boot warmers and ample hanging space for gear. After your adventure or day out on the town, enjoy a soak in our clawfoot tub. We offer organic/locally made shampoo/conditioner/ hand soap. Additionally, our welcome book is filled with recommendations to ensure that your stay is as authentic and memorable as can be.
