This home is uniquely private with a gorgeous boardwalk that will take you to the water's edge. A wall of windows facing the Bay provides an abundance of Florida nature from every view. The hot tub is a great place to relax and enjoy quiet time. Fishermen will love direct water access from the private dock with boat lift at no extra charge!
The exterior of this home offers covered, concrete parking and an exterior staircase which leads to the first floor living space. The ground floor's large bonus game room featuring an air hockey table, comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV creates the perfect place for the kids to hangout.
Enjoy a dip in the relaxing hot tub in the screened room with a view of the bay. The boardwalk, brimming with nature, will take you to the water's edge where you will find a private fishing pier with boat lift. The bright and delightful first floor boasts beautiful bay views with expansive natural vegetation. The open living/dining/kitchen floor plan allows everyone to gather for meals, games and comradery.
