This property is located in a perfect spot for fishing and boating, with the convenience of a boat ramp within walking distance. The short walking path from the house to the lake is a 6 percent grade, gravel trail that leads to a rocky shoreline. The Castaway Home is suitable for a small family. Here safety is very important therefore no outside guests allowed. The property is fenced with chain link and is mostly graveled with a small yard and beautiful crape myrtle trees. A carport is available on the side of the house for parking.
There is one spot available for boat parking as well. The Castaway Home is on the same property as the Host's house. If you have bikes you can go for a peaceful ride around the neighborhood or you could ride down to Juniper Camp Ground. On this property there is also a small (catch and release) stocked pond and you are able to feed the fish and possibly catch one, or you could just sit on the deck and watch the gold fish, cat fish along with beautiful Oklahoma sunset. You can use the trail and go down to the lake for a nice swim or to fish from the bank. A cleaning station is also provided for cleaning any fish you catch during your stay. The wildlife you could also encounter includes different varieties of birds singing and If you’re lucky a bald eagle flying by but also turtles, rabbits, frogs, lizards.
