The Space:
Casanora Sonida is the sister property of Casanora Views.
This waterfront property is a 1224sq. ft. home with a sweeping 180° view of the majestic Cascade Mountains, Bainbridge Island, Blake Island/Tillicum Village, West Seattle, and the amazing downtown Seattle city skyline....ideal for the perfect firework shows on New Year's Eve and July 4th. The gourmet kitchen has new stainless steel luxury appliances & an island nook for entertaining in the open concept area. A bathroom that has a tub, provides the accommodations and comfort for a party of 2 - 4.
The space is an modern renovated MIL area that features two executive bedrooms, located on opposing sides of the home, that are appointed with down queen sized beds. A large, plush, and comfortable sized sectional, in the living room, can accommodate an extra guest more less inclined to wanting more less traditional slumber. Making it possible to host 5 guests comfortably.
Pets and smoking/vaping are not permissible inside or outside the home. If evidence of either are discovered, a minimum fine of $500 will be assessed. Individuals wanting to have 1 pet, should anticipate a $500 (min.) pet deposit. Individuals with a pet who want to reserve the home are encouraged to contact the host prior to making a reservation.
Casanora Views, the sister property of Casanora Sonida, is a 1900 sq. ft. home. It has 2 bedroom & 2 bath and its located on the opposite side of the hill in Port Orchard. It too has breathtaking views, but of eastern views.....amazing sunsets, Olympic Mountains, Bremerton/Naval Shipyard, Puget Sound, Seattle⇄Bremerton ferries, & exhilarating holiday fireworks. It is available for bookings. Please feel free to inquire.
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire MIL/lower level home with separate entrances. Two executive bedrooms and one bathroom all on one level. Large plush sectional couch could accommodate 1 guest. Parking located steps away from the stunning home that has amazing ocean, mountain, and city views. No smoking or parties permitted.
The Neighborhood:
Safe and quiet neighborhood with accessibility to many areas that are equally accommodating. Home is private and is located on a dead end road with very little to no traffic. Guest parking is located steps away from front door to home.
Getting Around:
Easy access to Seattle, Southworth, Bremerton, Kingston, Sequim, Port Angeles, Victoria, British Columbia via SR-16 and ferries. Driveway accommodates 3 - 4 vehicles.
There is access to SR16 and Seattle⇄Bremerton ferries. These travel ways allow access to Seattle's waterfront, Pike Place Market, Space Needle, professional (NFL, MLB, & NHL) games, MoPoP, parks & many more attractions throughout Washington, Oregon, & Canada.
- 1 mile from downtown Port Orchard with access to a passenger ferry to Bremerton, boat launches, waterfront parks, kayak & SUP rentals and wonderful dining options!
- 15 minutes to Southworth and Seattle ferry terminals, passenger ferry to downtown Seattle, Vashon Island, and West Seattle.
- 30 minutes to Tacoma Narrows Bridge, Gig Harbor, Poulsbo, Silverdale, Bremerton and much more!
