Please note that the pool has an average temperature of 24-26 degrees, 3 bedrooms on a single floor the 3 bedrooms are exterior with views of the garden and pool. the main bedroom has a double bed (1.80x2), another with two single beds (0.90x2) and another with a bunk bed (0.90x2 each). all with a wardrobe except for the bunk bed which has a chest of drawers. all three with electric heating, starting in october, the bunk bed room will be converted into a living room, equipped with:, • a sofa bed, ideal for a fifth guest, • a remote work area with a desk, chair, and natural light — perfect for working from home.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, managed by a private host

Positive: The rural location of this comfortable holiday house was outstanding. It was very quiet and and offered great nature experiences. The bird song in the morning was stunning.
Negative: The downside for the remote location is the fact that the last 1 Km to the house go over a very bendy / up and down single track road. But as confident car drivers we happily accepted this.
Summary: We stayed for 9 days in January 2025 and truly enjoyed the house, location and swimming pool
