Positive: Villa is well presented and well equipped. We really enjoyed our week there and wished we were staying longer! The welcome pack was a lovely touch when we arrived and the welcome book which was sent before we arrived was a great source of info and much appreciated. The pool and outdoor area is great, so spacious and exactly what we were looking for, the hot tub was a great added bonus. Kitchen is well equipped and there is an American fridge which has double filtered water and ice which was a great addition. The bedrooms have everything you require with plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. There are various restaurants and shops a 5 min walk away and the bus stop for going into playa blanca, making the location ideal for a relaxing week.
Negative: no BBQ, which was one of our requirements as we were there for a relaxing week and intended to BBQ most days. It was advertised but when I contacted the host they said it has been stolen and no plans to replace. No air con was the only other con, sleeping with the windows open and the shutters closed worked in October but I think it would be too hot in the summer months.
