Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Convenient to walking distances we were looking for. BIG terrace that gets sun most of the day. Nice hot water, and comfortable space for the bathroom. VERY clean room, and we stayed long enough that they came in and cleaned again after the second day. The listing says that breakfast isn’t included, but we did have our coffee and pastries covered for us at Black Café across the street. There was a pharmacy two streets over that turned out to be helpful for me, and on Friday mornings they is a HUGE farmers market in the square a block from the apartment. That was very interesting to walk through and I did pick up some fruit to bring back to the room as there was a mini frig in the room.

Negative: The room was small. The terrace was very nice and large, unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate for us (not their fault at all) so it wasn’t an option for additional space, so we were pretty much confined to the room (only one chair and a pop-up table, or spending time in the coffee shop across the road (highly recommend btw). The water was nice and hot so showers were a treat, the bathroom was spacious enough and well lit. Unfortunately the hair dryer wasn’t working, but I did bring it to the owners attention, so hopefully that will be addressed. I would say that it’s spacious enough for one person. Two people is a tight fit ( not even enough space for both of us to hang all of our clothes.

Summary: Clean, well kept. Convenient to train station and walking distance to old town, and lots of restaurant options!
