- 2 Bedrooms: With king-size beds, A/C, and ocean views. Each room has a TV, a walk-in closet, a workspace and a private bathroom with Italian shower & soft towels.

- Palapa lounge :A dream spot to relax, with an extra-large couch, sipping wine & watching sunset. This space also has a 11-guest dining table for shared meals with loved ones.
- King Bedroom: Comfortable king-size bed, A/C, and an ocean-view balcony with a hammock. Includes a TV, walk-in closet, workspace, and private bathroom with an Italian shower and soft towels.
- 3 Beds Room: A Group-ready space that can accommodate up to 5 guests. It features two queen-size beds, one single bed, a TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and a private bathroom.

***POOL*** Our gardener Francisco comes by on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings to care for the pool and garden-he’s quick, discreet, and won’t disturb your stay.

Casa Julia is surrounded by a lush garden, and despite our best efforts, insects or other small creatures may enter, especially if doors are left open. By booking, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of encountering lizards, insects, birds, bats, and cats. We provide repellents and insecticides and are available if further assistance is needed.
