Positive: The flat is situated less than 10 minutes by foot from the old town with multiple cafés, shops, several supermarkets and the city beach (tiny, water with some black particles and next to the port).
Negative: We have stayed in this apartment for 6 nights, including a weekend. Unfortunately it gets extremely loud from early in the morning (about 7 a.m. including Sunday) because of the deliveries to the supermarket located in the ground floor of the building, later clients add to it, as parking is just under the flat's balcony. Garbage collectors come multiple times during the day, making not only noise, but also an awful stink, so than we could never really enjoy sitting on the spacious balcony or with open windows in the living room. The windows are old and have only one glass, which may be OK concerning the warmer weather, but provide literally no isolation from sounds. The towels and bed linen are bluish and we've found multiple hairs on them, so not sure if they were fresh. Thankfully there was a washing machine. Very slow internet. In general: disappointing, not worth the price.
