Casa Sycamore features a private pool, perfect for a family, entertaining, or an excellent hotel alternative. This enchanting home is completely updated, walled and gated for security and privacy. You are 20 mins from anywhere in the LA area.
Please note we have minimum 25 yrs of age to book. We require our own separate refundable Security Deposit, Hold Harmless Indemnity Form to be completed immediately after booking, in which guest must provide valid photo ID and email address.
The Space:
Gorgeous Hancock Park beauty. An enchanting home w designer touches, secluded and gated for security and privacy. Features a private pool, perfect for a family, entertaining, or an excellent hotel alternative.
Sleeps 6 Guests
Lower Level:
The Master bedroom suite features a California King sized bed, walk-in closet, and opens directly onto the landscaped yard and pool. This bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom with walk-in rain shower and jacuzzi tub.
Office/Guest bedroom - Full size Bed and (2) large working desks and office chairs.
Gourmet Chef's kitchen with Viking appliances, Miele oven and all the dishware, glassware and cooking utensils you will need. We also provide coffee/tea/sugar and basic cooking spices and oils.
The TV/media room is luxuriously furnished with a 75" SmartTV.
Living room seats up to 6 people and receives natural light throughout the day. All interior furnishings were done by a professional designer. Fireplace is non operational.
The house features an interior/exterior stereo sound system, and each bedroom has individual TV's.
Upper Level:
The junior master suite has a queen size bed plus a sun-room/meditation space w twin bed, a private sitting balcony, and has its own private bathroom.
Luxury hotel quality pillows, linens and towels are all included throughout the house. We also provide shampoo, hair conditioner, and body wash.
The front and back yards are lushly landscaped and completely private and gated. There is also a state-of-the-art alarm system.
Pool has 3 pool loungers. Pool Heat Fee is $600 for Summer Months and $800 for Winter Months.
Private driveway accommodates two vehicles.
Transportation to and from the airport (or anywhere else in town) is available with a private car and driver for a reasonable additional charge. Discounted rental car rates are available with Hertz, located very close to property. Also available is a full service Concierge, who can assist with reservations to fine dining, tickets to special events, and golf and spa outings. Additionally, an executive private chef is available on request, to cook any individual meals, or prepare meals for special dietary needs.

The house is situated in a very upscale neighborhood. You are driving distance to charming Larchmont Village where you can find boutiques, fine restaurants and many other great shops. The Grove is under 3 miles away, and is a fabulous outdoor shopping experience that boasts fine dining, movie theaters, and the famous Farmers Market. Hancock Park is only 20 minutes to the Santa Monica beach and downtown LA, and 10 minutes from Beverly Hills, Sunset Plaza and the Strip, Paramount Studios, the Hollywood Bowl, Hollywood & Vine, Mann's Chinese Theater, the Kodak Theater, the world famous Arclight Cinemas, and very close to major freeways (101 & I-10) as well. Universal Studios is only a short 15 minute -drive. This is the perfect location to be in LA!
Security Deposit:
$2,500.00 for stays 3 weeks or less. Plus separate Pet Deposit.
$5,000.00 for stays more than 3 weeks.

It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.
NO UNAPPROVED PETS
MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
No Outside Visitor Permitted. The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times.
NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.
CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.
NO SMOKING - please DO NOT use any dishes, plates, or crystal ware for the purpose of an ashtray. This is a 100% nonsmoking home.
Please DO NOT leave wet or damp bath towels on any of the furnishings or the floors.
Please hang all used bath towels on the towel bars or hooks located on the back of the bathroom door.

The entire gated house is secure w alarm system with driveway parking up to 2 cars. No garage access. The property is lushly landscaped and maintained during your stay. Completely private and gated.

We have a refundable $2500 security deposit to be processed once your booking is confirmed. Valid photo ID and email address must be provided immediately upon booking.

Full names and ages of your group are required prior to your arrival.
** Upon approval by Owner - well trained dogs only under 20 lbs will be considered with our per Pet Fee plus $500 Pet Security Deposit. No puppies or cats. Must provide age, breed and how long you've had your dog prior to approval. **

Summary: What a beautiful home! Our flight landed early into LAX and Herb was able to accomodate us with an early check-in. He met us at the property and showed us how everything worked. Within walking distance from 2 grocery stores and multiple restaurants. The master bathroom has one of the greatest showers we've ever used! A beautiful home and an attentive manager made our stay lovely.
