CASA CINZIA is a charming, remodelled apartment in Minori town, one of the most beautiful places on the Amalfi Coast. Minori is close to Amalfi town, only 2 miles, and it's connected by ferry with all of Amalfi Coast's town.
The apartment comfortably sleeps up to 3 people (one King-size bed and queen sleeper sofa). Casa Cinzia is conveniently located on the main road SS 163 next to Minori downtown and is approximately 70 square meters or (754 square feet).
You are only 7 steps, to be exact, from the bustling main road and only one minute from the city centre, where you will find restaurants, shops, banks, a boat port, and a taxi service and just in front of the gate there is the SITA bus stop.
All the historical Minori town offers will completely enchant you. There are beaches within walking distance from the apt. For most, you will not need a car to stay at CASA CINZIA; however, if you have one, we will provide you with a private parking space for your convenience. Please note that the private parking garage has a fee, including the valet service.

Kitchen room: eat-in style kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee-maker, a toaster, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils and a four-person dining table.

FINAL CLEANING FEES
upon arrival, you must pay Euro 160 for the final cleaning fees in cash or credit card. This includes toilet paper, linen, extra pillows, soap, hairdryer, iron.
TOURIST TAX
Upon arrival, you will be asked to pay the tourist tax of 3 Euros per person daily; this fee must be paid in cash; credit cards will not be accepted.
PROOF OF ID
Italy has security standards that require every Host to record their guests' information: Italian law (named "DM Interno 07/01/2013")and communicate it to the Police Headquarters through the accommodations portal when they check in, without exception. For this reason, upon checking in, you must show a valid ID such as a driver's license or passport; the local representative will take a photo of the front and the back of all identity documents.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit on check-in; this can be paid in cash if you are not happy to give a credit card for pre-authorisation. The amount is € 300.
LATE ARRIVAL FEE
If you arrive after 8:30 PM, you will be charged € 50 for the "Late Arrival Fee," which will be paid in cash upon check-in. The local agent responsible for your check-in will not be waiting longer than 23:00. After 23:00, I am afraid nobody will be staying at the property; you will need to organise your accommodation for the night and check in the following day.
LOCAL AGENT
Once in Italy, if you should need to, you can contact our local English-speaking representative, who is available during office hours for the whole duration of your holiday. One week before your arrival, you will be given the mobile number of the local agent, who can be contacted via WhatsApp, SMS or phone.
SELF CATERING
Please note that this property is based on a self-catering contract; you get only the property and the listed amenities; anything else is not mandatory.
We try to be friendly and accommodate any request, but once in the property is entirely up to the client to buy what is necessary for the holiday and to organise your day-to-day needs.
In the event of issues with the property that require maintenance, we are not bound to provide a repair within 24 hours but within the necessary and fair time, considering the local availability of maintenance services not under our management. We are not a hotel or a B&B with 24/7 maintenance staff available.
