Summary: Summary: You could find a better, more comfortable experience in Castemola for the same price Positive points: The air conditioning works really well You have a good view over Taormina and Etna from the balcony of the double room with view Breakfast was nice with yoghurt and an omelette (unfortunately bad coffee) Small fridge in room is handy but was indeed dirty Parking at a distance is available Drawbacks: No elevator (room is on 3rd floor) Narrow stairs (not suitcase or elderly friendly) Bathroom had the distinct odour of mould Low ceiling in room - 1.7 meter The restaurant at the entrance of the B&B seemed a bit rundown and dirty Communication with the owner was very difficult since he spoke only Italian and did not seem to be interested in the hospitality industry at all.
