Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Casa Aria is located up on a hill at the end of the road, which makes it feel like you're the only ones around. We loved seeing the stars every night and enjoying the amazing views at sunrise. We were a party of four - one couple, two single women - we also had two dogs and the place was a good size for us. There are two bedrooms in the main house and one bedroom in a separate casita (just a short walk from the main house). The courtyard is fully enclosed, which was great for the dogs. The main living area of the house is one large great room - in the Summer that living space would extend into the courtyard. The house was in decent condition. The hot tub was on the fritz so my husband had to repair it and manage it while we were there. There were other things in the house (lamps, etc.) that needed attention but this didn't get in the way of enjoying our stay. There are no real instructions about how to "operate" the house - to learn anything about the house you have to use the management company's app, which doesn't offer much except the basics. The drive from the house to town is not far - about 20 minutes - the dirt road in and out of the property was pretty bumpy but it's short. There are no hiking or walking trails nearby (that we could find) so we had to walk the dogs on the gravel road or drive to hike/walk elsewhere.
