This unit is nicely furnished and well kept. It has wood grain LV Plank flooring throughout and tile floor in the bathrooms. The living area offers comfortable seating and view of Palms and the pool through a wall of windows and sliding glass door opening to the balcony. The large balcony allows for plenty of space to gather for a meal or afternoon snack while enjoying the ocean breeze. The master bedroom has a sliding glass door to the balcony, a TV and a king bed. The master bath has a walk-in shower, garden tub and vanity with double sinks. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, TV and private bath with tub/shower combination. Bedroom 3 has two single beds, TV and private bath with tub/shower combination. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a sleeper sofa in the living area. This condo has an assigned covered parking space under the building.
