This perfectly remodeled Cape house is filled with the charm of old Cape Cod, and all the amenities of home. Located in historic Centerville Village, walk to the 1856 Country Store, playground and the famous Four Seas Ice Cream. Craigville Beach is a 3 minute drive.

As you walk into this lovely home you will enter the living room, there is plenty of seating and a flat screen tv. Enter the dining room area with a large table for all your family meals, tastefully decorated in a nautical theme.
The primary bedroom is located on the first floor with a beautiful king size bed, flat screen tv, and plenty of dressers to fit all your clothes. There's a primary bathroom attached to the bedroom with double sinks and a stand alone shower.
You will love the antique features and the light and bright feeling throughout the house. This is true Cape Cod living! Walk a short distance and you will enter the fully equipped kitchen. This kitchen has all the amenities of home.
Off the kitchen is a hallway with a half bath. A few steps from the bathroom is another bedroom with a full size bed.
There is a back staircase and a front staircase in this home. As you approach the upstairs you will find a fun bunk room with 2 twin bunk beds, the kids will love this room! (adults will love it too!) There's another bedroom located on this floor with two twin beds and big windows that look over the backyard. A full size bathroom with a tub/shower is down the hall.
You will love the outside area, there's a large wrap-around deck with a patio set and gas grill. A great place to enjoy your morning coffee, outside BBQ's and clam bakes! An enclosed outside shower that can be accessed through the lower level for ample privacy completes this backyard.
