The exclusive bay side pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day) that almost touches the bay gives you the elegant feel of distinction. This four-bedroom, three-bathroom condo is situated right at the end of 6th Street overlooking the bay. If you want to walk on the beach, dip your toes in the ocean or stroll the boardwalk you are just a few blocks away. This condo offers picturesque views of the bay from three of the four bedrooms. Professionally decorated and furnished as the model for the building.
The open floorplan includes a comfortable living room area with lots of windows and sliding glass door leading out to the balcony with unobstructed views of the bay. Kick back and relax, taking in the serene surroundings on the comfortable sofas or on the upscale Adirondack balcony furniture to view all the boats on the bay. The living area has a Smart HD TV equipped with HD cable service. Directly behind the living area, there is a dining table with six chairs, and a exquisite breakfast bar with four barstools. Play games, plan out your days, or enjoy carry-out or home-cooked meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen which offers a host of accessories, utensils, and cookware, as well as new stainless-steel appliances and granite counters. The master suite has a luxurious king-size bed, private balcony access, and a full, attached bath suite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and bath, the third has a queen and double bed, the fourth bedroom has a double-size bunk bed with a pull-out double-size trundle, making it ideal for the kids. In addition, there is a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. This home sleeps up to 15 guests (12 adults) and is ideal for a large family gathering or a few couples adventuring the coast together.
