VAN DESCRIPTION
This property is an economy van that has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 guests per stay. In the master bedroom it has a double bed with wardrobes and lots of leg space and enough room for a travel cot if needed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds.
There is 1 bathroom in this property and consists of a shower cubicle, a wash basin and a toilet, it is bright and has lots of natural light and is directly outside the bedrooms so easy to find in the middle of the night.
As you come into the kitchen you will find that it has everything you will need to prepare and cook your meals including a hob and oven, a fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and most importantly the kettle for your morning coffee. There is also a dining table with chairs to sit and have your meals together as a family.
The main living area there is a lovely gas fire which is the only type heating in the van and it has single glazed windows throughout. This is where you will also find the double pull out sofa bed.
A fair use basis on gas and electric comes included.
You can bring your fur babies on this holiday with you as this is a pet friendly property and you can park in the main car park that is less than a 30 second walk from your van.

SURROUNDING AREAS
Winchelsea beach itself is a 5 min walk away, and has the most stunning views. The beach is a stoney beach that stretches for miles and has an ancient forest that can only be seen when the tide is out. We also have a family of seals bobbing up and down just off the beach. A little walk up the road you will find that there is a chip shop, kebab shop, local pub and a mini market so you won't be stuck if you don't want to cook or you run out of any essentials. The outstanding natural beauty of the countryside is the perfect place for the nature lover or walker.

Four aces is a privately owned plot of land that has fences all around and a gate with only 7 pitches on it, it is perfect for the holiday maker that doesn't want to do much and is so peaceful and quiet that you will feel rested and chilled at the end of your holiday.
