Positive: super fair price if you aint looking for a high-end hotel. room (incl. bathroom) was small, but clean. breakfast was good, but everyday the same. for the location directly at a rather frequently used street, it was nice & quiet

Negative: bit more space and more variation on the breakfast buffet
