Welcome to 75 Indigo Bunting Court, or as we like to call it Camp Three Bear. With breathtaking mountain & lake views this home is the best of BOTH outdoor & indoor living combined! This beautiful Alpine inspired, custom built, home is one of the most coveted in the community. Relax on the open-air, covered deck & enjoy the views of BOTH the lake & mountains. No matter the weather, this is the space you'll spend most of your time with its cozy seating, dining table, TV, propane fire table, Weber Grill & Big Green Egg Smoker. Along with the ample outdoor living this custom home features 3 bedrooms and 3 ½ baths. With 2 large King bed primary suites and a third bedroom with 2 queen size beds all bosting unmatched views to fall asleep and wake up to. Becuase comfort is key all bedrooms have been outfited with brand new Casper Mattresses, designer linens, & each room/space complete with a television bosting all of your favorite channels. The indoor gathering areas in this home include the airy gourmet kitchen stocked with every appliance you need, dining area and great room with a wood burning fire place. Downstairs, you'll find a second family room perfect for games and relaxing and more outdoor living in the form of a large screened in deck. While this home is private and secluded it is in close proximity to the Lake Club and as our guest you're able to enjoy the many amenities (pool, sauna, steam, gym, pontoon rentals, kayaks, dining, etc.) that Bear Lake Reserve offers. And while we don't suggest working while here, we understand sometimes it's unaavoidable. For that reason C3B (Camp Three Bear) is outfitted with a landline telephone, 2 internet providers so wi-fi isn't an issue, a printer, and even a generator just in case. Perfect for friends, couples of families alike, your time in this home is sure to be the getaway you are looking for. While we love pets, this home is not pet friendly.
