Welcome to Camp Cocktail! We are the perfect central location to all things Monkey Island. We're an easy 0.5 mi walk to Battlefield golf course, easy lake access with 0.5 mi walk to Crown Pointe Marina and H2O sports rental & quick access to Shangri La restaurants, resort amenities and golf courses. Enjoy your stay in a newly remodeled, well equipped home with trendy furnishings and a picturesque fire pit area. Bringing the boat? We've got boat parking at the house and a community boat ramp too!
As you arrive at Camp Cocktail you're welcome to park in the concrete drive or in the gravel "boat parking" on the far left of the wooden lot. As you enter the home through the double glass doors you're greeted with a beautifully decorated living/kitchen/dining area with loads of natural light pouring in. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your baking and cooking needs. You'll also find the lower cabinets of the kitchen peninsula stocked with plenty of games, cards and puzzles. The dining area has a great big table with 7 chairs to accommodate the whole group. In the living area you'll find a cozy leather sofa, three accent chairs and plenty of plush throw pillows and blankets for everyone to get comfortable. We have a large smart TV hung above the fireplace for you to stream from your own accounts.
As you venture down the hallway you'll find the full bathroom with beautifully updated tile work and countertops. Across the hall are two bedrooms with queen size beds and closets. Both bedrooms have private smart TVs for streaming cozy linens and mattresses. At the end of the hall you'll find the master bedroom with a plush king size bed, smart TV, walk-in-closet and en-suite half bathroom. In the master closet you'll find the pack-n-play, high chair, iron/ironing board and extra pillows.
As nice as the inside is, be sure to get some time outside soaking up the beautiful Monkey Island weather! We've got a custom made steal fire ring with adirondack chairs around to enjoy a relaxing evening by the fire. We'll have plenty of firewood for you too so no need to bring any with you. On the other side of the house is a covered outdoor dining area seating 4 and a charcoal grill to sizzle up a few steaks!

* Guests will have access to the entire home and all amenities. Front porch, carport outdoor dining area, & yard area on both sides of the house.
* We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility.
* Be sure to remember to bring charcoal and lighter fluid as we do not provide them.
* All of our TVs are smart TVs and setup for you to stream from your own accounts.
* We have on site boat parking located on the gravel driveway just west of the firepit area
* The community pickleball court is located about .25 mi on the corner of Port Duncan Blvd and Grand Lake Dr.
* The community boat ramp is located in the neighborhood at the corner of Circle Dr & Missouri Dr. so it makes for easy launching
* Unfortunately for liability and insurance reasons we do not allow fires in the fireplace.

We're located just inside the Port Duncan lake community and an easy half mile walk to The Battlefield golf course! We have a community pickleball court & boat ramp as well as Crown Point marina where you can find H2O Sports Rentals.
Getting around is fun on Monkey Island! Most guests and residents use golf carts as the entire island is golf cart accessible with pathways. If you don't have one check out The Golf Cart Guyz just down the road.
